The Flood School is a Christian ministry school for young people aged 16 to 30 who are hungry for more of God.
Rooted in a passion for the Holy Spirit, this space empowers students to deepen their relationship with Jesus, discover their identity, and step boldly into their calling.
Encounter
Encounter is where everything begins.
The Flood School creates space for worship, prayer, ministry in the Holy Spirit, learning to hear God’s voice, and being renewed in His presence.
Through worship, prayer, ministry, and time in the presence of God, students are invited to draw near to Jesus, learn to hear His voice, and make room for the Holy Spirit to bring renewal, healing, and fresh fire.
Equip
God does not only call us — He forms us.
At The Flood School, students are equipped with strong Biblical foundations, identity in Christ, training in spiritual gifts, leadership, discipleship, and practical ministry.
This is not just about learning information. It is about being shaped into someone who can carry what God is doing with wisdom, humility, and boldness.
Release
Faith was never meant to stay hidden.
The Flood School creates opportunities to put faith into action through outreach, prayer, service, ministry, and leadership activation.
Students will be encouraged to step out, share their faith, pray for others, and live as a witness to Jesus in everyday life.

At The Flood School, we believe God is raising up a generation who are fully surrendered to Jesus, led by the Holy Spirit, and equipped to impact the world.
Our heart is to see young people transformed through powerful encounters with God — becoming bold, Spirit-filled leaders who carry revival into everyday life.
The Flood School is presence-focused, Holy Spirit-led, relational, faith-filled, and grounded in love.
Students will grow in an authentic Christian community, surrounded by encouraging leaders who are committed to raising up the next generation. This is a place to be known, challenged, supported, and activated.
School Structure
The Flood School runs as a 20-hour per week programme, combining biblical teaching, ministry training, worship, encounter, and community outreach.
Students are not only taught—they live out their faith in real, practical ways.
For those who want to press in further, The Flood School will offer deeper opportunities for prayer, worship, devotion, soaking, and intercession — creating space to pursue God beyond the ordinary.
Open School Night
One night each week, The Flood School hosts an Open School Night.
This is a space where youth and young adults can gather in worship, encouragement, prayer, and ministry. These gatherings are designed to be a place of encounter — where people can be refreshed, strengthened, and drawn deeper into the presence of God.
It is a place to come hungry, be refreshed, and grow.
